connect the subwoofers speaker level inputs to the same outputs on your receiver as your front left and right speakers..unhook your front left and right speakers and run the wire into the speaker inputs on the back of your rw-12 and play a cd or tuner..this should tell you if your sub is working or not.. hope this helps..[li]

well my friend bought the cornwall III's got a good deal on them also..he got the cherry finish..he should have them in about 4 or 5 weeks..he also bought a Arcam A80 intergrated amp and the Arcam CD73+ cd player to run the cornwalls with.. any thoughts on the Arcam A80 and the CD73+ ?? will they do a good job for the cornwalls??.[8-)]

the money is not a issue with him..he also is looking into a new pair of la scala's..how do they rate with the cornwall's? also what type of receiver should he use to run which ever he ends up getting..thank you

Hi, a friend of mine is looking to get a pair of cornwalls..he wants to buy the cornwall III's for a little over 3 grand from a hifi store...my question is should he spend the 3 grand plus or should he look for a nice pair of cornwall II or regular cornwalls... how do the 3's match up with the other 2 versions.. thank you all for your time...[]

I have my klf 20's next to my phillips big screen and they seem to be ok..i dont believe they are shielded .. well come to think of it it does look a little bit blurry on one side.maybe they do mess with it..dang.......

xm has mlb if your into sports..i love being able to catch the cubs on xm when there not on tv..also i like the music that xm offers..i have one in my car and one in my house..cant get enough of the xm..oh when i first went with satellite raido i bought the sirius and just didnt care for the line up they offered.. my mom talked me into it and come to find out she only listens to talk programs on it that is why she likes it so much... xm is the way to go...

looking to sell this to help fund a pair of klipsch klf 20,s..hate to see it go. its black and in great shape..i will concider all offers..not sure what its worth..i have the manual and both sets of feet for it... one just like mine sold on ebay last week for 529.00 plus shipping.. i would like someone to pick this up but i can pack and ship if you need...

thank you for all the great advice..i decided that it was too much of a risk to drive all that way just to save a few bucks.not knowing what i might run into..i was wrong about the price at my local hifi store the $750.00 was for the rf-25's not the rf-35's..i dont have the cash for the rf-35's right now after my down payment for my new wheels..so and i know im going to catch the you know what from you forum members but i figure i can make some cash from the deal i found in the local paper and with what i make off this and what i have left over i should have enough to get me a nice pair of heresys ..i bought a pair of jbl nd310's a pair of jbl-n28's a n-center channel and a definitive technology pf 15tl+ sub...all is in like new condition i got all the factory boxes and manuals all for $300.00..so guys wife wanted it gone and told him the first person to come look at them make them an offer they cant pass on..plus by the looks of there pad they are not hurting for cash..i thought i could make a few bucks on these and put it towards some real speakers...please dont be too harsh on me...

i am wondering if its worth it to drive 600 miles round trip to buy a pair of rf-35's for $575..they are used but in mint condition. (black)..the klipsch store here wont go no lower then $750 plus tax..i just bought a new car and i need to road trip it somtime and it wont run me anymore then $35 or $40 in gas for the trip...

If you're looking for "best sound quality," I would not recommend using a soundcard to produce your sound. You'll probably want to invest in a receiver --make sure it has pre-outs for center/sub, front and rear so you can hook up your 5.1s how would you hook this up if you have pre-outs for all channels...thanks
