interesting stuff... subscribed. I can lend some credence to the flash vs HD topic. I just got a new ipod touch and compared to an old gen ipod with an HD it's night and day difference. My touch with headphones is uber quite and sounds wonderful

agreed.... is this discomfort from pressure of wearing or from listening to? Mine are a few weeks old now I I did have to experiment with positions and settings/spacing, but I have my just where I like them... tight on my head so little sound can leak in or out. I think the sound stage has changed on them slightly also... for the better. when I first got them they sounded slightly thin, but now I relly really like them a lot. best buy of 2010 for me.

yes sir... I wont receive my touch until monday, but I have been lsitening to different versions of teh same source material on my computer via my Image Ones. Through myexternal speakers(heritage) the sound difference is extremely noticable... through the head phones it is not as much so... but being a stickler for quality, I will still and try to rip and save as in the highest quality format so that

funny... I went through all my computer music and looked at the bit rates... most of it was 128(I can re rip those), a good portion was 256... and one album was digitized at 1141 bits(pagini 24 Caprices)... lol. I do like a good high def recording.

Okay... I finally broke down and bought an portable player, and 32gb iPod touch. I am going to be running my Klipsch Image ones with this thing... are there any setting I can use or anything I can do to the downloads to make the sound better? faster/deeper sample rate? save files as? anything at all? thanks

well... I personally CAN hear outside sounds slightly, so I am sure they are notas perfect for that as the noise isolating phones are.

I literally just unwrapped the Image ones... first impression about build quality is good. I love the initial feel and materials used. I hope they hold up over time because I love how they look and feel. ear cups are pretty small'ish but they fit my ear well. right now I am listening to speaker terrifying Radiohead, image ones are handling them well. no buzzing or issues as yet. I listened to a version of Paganini 24th in HD an it sounded slightly thin, but it may have been the eq setting. these phones seem to handle rock better than acoustical performances, but I only have listened to them for about 5 minutes so far. I have little to judge these headphones by since the image ones are the first headphones I have ever gone out to buy. Over all I say give them a try, you wont be disappointed for the price point

I found it very very good. I am sure most folks will find the movie different than they were expecting perhaps, but I loved it. this movie isn't about graphic violence, though it does have graphic violence in it... this movie isn't about flashy action, though there are action packed scenes... this movie is about dialog and acting which is top notch... especially by the young actress Hailee Steinfeld. Art direction and specially the make up and wardrobe are superb in this movie, but pale in comparison to the period dialog. highly recommended for MATURE audiences! Folks just do not "lacquer" there language like this anymore. this movie may even top Barton Fink for dialog....

for those that have experience both... if I am ultimately looking for the best sound(from klipsch)and best outside noise supression, would I be better off with the x10's or these on ear image ones? I prefer on ear, but I am looking for great sound and a outside noise barrier. I also have been thinking about waiting and getting grado RS's.but those are open platform.

i've nevr used it on my electronics personally because it attracts dust, but unlike what most people think... WD40 is NOT a lubricant... it is a SOLVENT that has lubricating properties... eg; it is wetand does not evaporate
