  1. Been awhile since we did that tape swap, but itnsure was fun. I would be up for that. Travis
  2. She obviously does not have a comal.
  3. The proper word for a female dog comes out *****? Really? Is that even a swear word? I wonder, is the jaw bone of an *** censored? Do we really need to resort to the guttural use of biatch? Or being creative by using B.I.T.C.H.?
  4. There is a choice kind of in between, play like you give a crap and ignore Holy crap, no way I am getting kn a cruise with you two. It will be about 50 miles out of port she sees through that and Dtel is no where to be seen. "Hey where is Dtel?" "I don't kmow, last I saw him he was with you. Maybe he is playing shuffleboard, or bridge in the game room." I agree with the strategy, but NEVER putnit in writing. Yep, after you buy her a house and a car. Have children together? You don't even need to send the checks, they will auto deduct. Have a state license? law, medical, engineering, contractor, etc., miss a payment your license is suspended. Dead beat father? Your butt is in jail for up to 180 days unless your family comes up with cash to bond you out. Easy to say for a short term relationship, less than a couple of years, but I have NEVER heard someone say that who has been married more than 10 years or have children together that wasnt paying for it one way or the other. The ones that usually say "I left that *****" are living with a friend, or in an trailer/apartment while she is in the house rasing the children. The ones that say, "we grew apart" but we are decent to one another and decided to put our children first typically move on quicker to normal, healthy, and happy lives, and then they leave that *****. Not really. Travis
  5. You got that right, 10K. http://www.broadcaststore.com/store/model_detail.cfm?id=812624 In my opinion you would be much better off with a refurbished Ampex or Studer, at half the cost. Better FR, W&F and S/N. But that is in the 2-track realm. Forn4 track consumer/prosumer, there are many, many great decks out there. Travis
  6. I didn't see an attachment/photo unless it is just my tablet. There are no lowly decks, if it works and you are using it, it's a great deck. Travis
  7. Chad: That is not what she told me. Bluesboy: Welcome back, nice seeing you again, and hopefully many posts to come about R2R.
  8. That is a C-130J "Flying Jennie" out of Keesler, one of about 10 that they have there.
  9. Travis, One of the main reasons I wanted to get back on was to reply to the posts you made on RTR thread. Ruh ro, am I in trouble again Well I hope it happens soon so I can see your post.
  10. Here, hopefully, is a link to your member profile page which will assist the Admin in getting you set up. There is a blues boy2 by the way. https://community.klipsch.com/index.php?/user/12969-bluesboy/ Welcome back. Travis
  11. A C-130 and 144 below, none of which were taken by me.
  12. What is closest airport, base to you. It looks like a twin, or is it a quad and you can't see from that angle? If 4 engines it is a C-130, or 130J, if it is a twin it is a C-144, made in Spain. I think it looks to be a 130.Great photo.
  13. Oxford is less than an hour's drive from Silverston. What he should really do is catch the train after the race at Cattle End and head on up and check out the University of Edinburgh. Whilst he won't be able to understand anyone when up there, he will be able to read the language.Travis We've been to Edinburgh before, and as a matter of fact, that is where he will be going on the 6th for 3 nights. Also interesting is London Business School. As for understanding people, it's all a matter of whether they have had a wee dram yet. Me hat's off to ye forrrrrr bing abl to sart tru the accent of me clansmen. Yer da baste.Unfortunately, my family over there talks like this I drink the local whisky/uisge beatha they bring over and just nod my head in agreement. If I get to the point where I understand them I begin to worry because that usually coincides with the haggis being pulled out. LSE is a great, great school. I hope that comes to reality if that is his wish. Travis
  14. Here is a great article I just ran across about The Triple Crown of Motor Sports which also discusses the history of Le Mans. http://www.theroar.com.au/2014/05/23/the-triple-crown-of-motorsport-part-one-24-hours-of-le-mans/
  15. I could of sworn he had won Le Mans as well, but there is no listing of him as a winner. He has won 24 hrs at Daytona multiple times but apparently not Le Mans? Travis
  16. Triple Crown of Motor Sport is wins at: Monoco Grand Prix Indianapolis 500 Le Mans (overall) During the career of the racer.

  18. I went to our new neighborhood Chipotle today. See attached image if it worked. Sure enough, looks like Heresy in the high wall. Pretty subliminal marketing if that is the intention. Actually think they need a third in the space they have designed. They got a little nervous when I started taking photos of their new operation. It's not marketing on our part. They just bought our speakers because the founder of Chipotle is a big fan. You just gotta love that.
  19. Edit: Brain is failing me again, he has has never won Le Mans. He is one to go. I just realized that Montoya is only the second person to achieve auto racing's Triple Crown. There was hype about this 5 years ago, but I don't think I have seen any mention of it after his Indy win. Maybe I just missed it in the telecast?
  20. Frying pan is least of worries, if his wife has a comal, then you really need to worry for a variety of reasons.
  21. Didn't cart file for BK twice? The second time being swallowed up by IRL? The 500 was never a CART race, the CART season took a break for a month, or so, and CART teams and drivers entered that race as a seperate event. F1 used to take a break also and F1 drivers would compete. IRL is much more evenly matched and seems more competitive. The engines are more powerful, both from CART days and currently in IRL since the elimination of turbocharging in F1, I guess NASCAR took advantage of the split and filled the gap. Travis
  22. Louisville I pronounce as almost one syllable.
  23. Neither time did I take the test did it come up with anything near Texas. It is based on about 15 years of research done by a Harvard professor, of linguistics I believe.
