  2. We are still waiting for those pictures... as always, they never come!
  3. RF'7 = 1200 SVS PC ULTRA = 900 Aragon Amp = 600 Linn preamp = 500 Cables etc... = 100 i guess somewhere in the league of 3500...still so much more to buy!!!
  4. Get the sub 12, silver and black/grey match perfectly
  5. Yes the Promedia ultra's were my doorway to klipsch...actually not true...i bought a pair of 2.1promedias once but returned them back because they were 'too loud' and for years after that i dreamnt about owning klipsch...then finally i saved up the buy a set of promedia ultra's...then i caught a fever of wanting to upgrade... and now the same room that couldnt handle the promedia 2.1's have a pair of rf'7's and a sub thats larger than my 8 year old sister :D:D ... and it doesnt stop there... 100th post
  6. me? Does it really bother people that i posted more than one picture?
  7. Isnt the sub too far from the ground?
  8. Yes, if anyone knows a sub that can handle these...let me know! it was quite funny...i read the warning on the front and i read the date (1979) and told myself...meh, my speakers can handle it and had it turned up pretty loud, and then the canons come and blop blop blop...sub hits the plate...it scared me!
  9. So its a common "problem" (lose statement) that Svs subwoofers can bottom out that way? I have noticed it before but they bottomed out way before my ears or body felt the need to turn it down/// hmmm, seems like i could use another sub, perhaps a rsw15? I dont like the thought of having something that is limited to itself by itself...
  10. I could not believe it that my pc ultra bottomed out in the recording of the 1812 overture by Telarc (1979) recording... it was impressive, i was only playing my speakers at half volume (rf'7's) with the sub at half as well... wow, im impressed! haha...lets hope no speaker damage...
  11. Cinema 10? Rb 25's, they sound great and when paired with a decent sub, will blow your socks off!
  12. My parents dont complain that much...not everything i listen to is total crap , but its been a gradual getting used to for them: meaning, started off with small computer speakers and then slowly upgraded...so they never knew what hit them
  13. I have finally finished completing my 2 channel house destroyer, music perfector, heaven maker: Klipsch Rf'7's Maple Aragon 4004 MkII Linn Koletor Preamp 12 Gauge, 500 thread copper wire, SVS - PC Ultra Right now running analog from my computer, soon to be an Aragon D2A D/A Converter (should help static from analog onboard computer audio). Pictures to come! This is simply amazing and the satisfaction immense, music sends shivers all accross my body and it resonates through out the whole house. I cant wait to have my own place...to be able to open these up in a larger room.
  14. This is a question to get me ahead of other buyers! hahaha...i am looking at some speakers locally and the seller doesnt know what they are... they are klipsch, thats for sure, but all he knows so far is that they are A30? what is that in reference to? crossover? horn? anything i dont know about? He is going to check the model and serial numbers tonight... any other help would be appreciated!
  15. Your only going to gain 3db by this? Thats a lot of power for a rx7
  16. No problem, if i can fit these in a 14x6 room, you are totally fine! and i got a svs pc ultra in theere as well! beautiful sounding...just sit back from them a bit and they will be magnificent... i figure, im not going to be living here forever but i plan on having these for a while yet! but remember, these are a whole new league of speakers...amazing...simply amazing!
  17. I think he is trying to make a point... am i wrong?
  18. I have a slight hum in the back of my Amplifier, what could be the problem? IS it repairable? Can i do it myself? anyone even heard this of this problem?
