  1. Just go to Best Buy and buy whatever it is they want to sell you, after all if Best Buy is good enough for Klipsch.........
  2. Hey Jackoff!!! Oh I'm sorry, cluless is your name, If you think of wanting to call me a jerk Don't think your better than anyone else, you will have to wait your turn, at the end of the line.
  3. Ok everyone let's starting posting how woooonderful and how greeeat a person robert palmer was. Now that he is dead
  4. The Fire-Fighters, EMTs, and Police Officers went beyond their training and beyond a point in which they could have pulled out due to the damage, the heat, the jet fuel (they are not Hazardous Materials employees.) All fire fighters have at least basic training in hazmat All went to the scene and beyond the call of duty. I don't understand, the building was on fire they went there to put it out. with ppe's and scba's and high rise packs. Beyond the call of duty I dont see it They were given the order to evacuate themselves, but they did not do so. You are wrong with this statement when the incident commander gives the order to evacuate you do it PERIOD. if you don't you deserve to die. Because of your disreguard for orders you are putting the entire company in peril.
  5. the fireman and police were doing what they get paid to do. I dont see these people being heros. They were doing what they train every day for. They were doing what they get paid to do. They accepted when they all were sworn in that death might happen. And it did. To me a hero is a civilian who runs into a burning house to save a little girl hiding in a bathtub - As for a firefighter this is what he does - hence, not a hero.

"Last words are for people who haven't said anything in life" - Karl Marx
  8. Just contact your local best buy they are a reparable dealer these days
  9. I here you can get some real quality speakers from Best Buy. I think the speakers are called Klipsch. After all if Best Buy sells then they gotta be top quality.
  10. skonopa what does Bush have too do with this NOTHING. but YOU are the one putting a spin on the law. YOU stated: Also, contrary to belief, you are really not supposed to give it away to a couple of your friends either, but to be honost, I really don't see any real harm being done with the casual copying that goes one between friends. it is all about spin and you are spinning the law I'm not.
  11. However, fair use does not give you the right to distribute the music over P2P networks. Also, contrary to belief, you are really not supposed to give it away to a couple of your friends either, but to be honest, I really don't see any real harm being done with the casual copying that goes one between friends. You should be on Bush's why we havent found any weapons of mass distruction team. What a spin you put on things. Oh ...well.... No, we havent even found a spent shell casing in the desert but what is 250 dead soldiers among casual friends?? As I said you are infringing on copyrighted material.
  12. I just finished playing Boy George and Culture Club Karma Chameleon on my La Scala's. Damn can he sing. He has to be one of the best musicians ever. With his androgynous look and golden voice he danced his way into hearts all over the world. And thru my La Scala's it sounded like he was in the room with me. The fullness and naturalness of that recording is truly angelic.
  13. It is too bad that it did not blow your computer up. Your infringing on copyrights.
  14. If anyone does not understand what time aligned means or sounds like I am damn sure that any of the 16 year old pre puberty sales associates can explain and surly demonstrate this at any Best Buy store. Because I am most confident that Mr. Klipsch crawled out of his grave and personally trained each and every one of them. Also, I understand time aligning can best recreated in a room that is about 1000 feet square with absolutely no sound baffling, and with a father yelling at his 8 year old son to stop hitting his sister while his soccer mom wife has her head stuffed inside of and oven trying to decide if is self cleaning or not. Yea, time aligning means so much to these people after all that is why Klipsch has directed there sales to this type of clientele.. No?
  15. see what cable Best Buy sells. Then, HEY, buy some of those "great" new speakers they sell.
  16. Try buying a Sony or something ...any amplifier from Best Buy will do. But, it has to be from Best Buy. Because if they are good enough to sell Klipsch, any of Best Buys electronics should be good enough to drive them......No??? If you are really stuck on monoblocks just by two receivers. Klipsch is ok with this. Klipsch Best Buy A true match made in heaven
  17. Try going to a reputable place like Besy Buy. Hell, if they are good enough to sell klipsch they would sell parts too......No????
  18. see what cable Best Buy sells. Then, HEY, buy some of those "great" new speakers they sell.
  19. life without Best Buy. You couldent buy a klipsch.
  20. I will try not to confuse you or me even more. I have a pair of Decware 9 watt tube amps (monoblocks) A pair of La Scalas And a Dynaco tube cd player that has an adjustable output that I use as my volume control. I do not use a pre amp. I believe in the purist path possible. My problem is I feel the bass is weak and also not "full" I think this is due to 9 watts. There is not enough power to push the driver to allow it to become full the driver makes noise, loud noise, but it seems to be lacking something. I know La Scalas start at like 35hz so the bass will be missing anyway but I don't feel that is all of it. My Idea is this, to get a more powerful transistor power amp to drive only the drivers. Keeping the tubes to drive the mids and highs. for I feel the tubes sound beautiful at doing this. So my problem can the klipsch crossovers handle two different power sources coming in and regulate the power so they are equal coming out. With nine watts tubes driving only the mids and highs and lets say 200 watt transistor pushing the drivers wont the drivers be super loud and the mids and highs substantially lower. or is there a magic box somewhere that can do this Thank you for your help
  21. well if i just drive the woffer with the soild state amp dosent tne woffer itself go down to 20 and the crossover is limiting it to 35?
  22. I have a pair of 4 year old la scala's with tube amps. I feel like they are a little weak on the low end could/would it be a good idea to get a transistor amp just to run my drivers and use the tubes for mid and high's. could I wire the crosovers to do so? I saw a NHT sub amp on ebay is this what i need? or can I use a Solid State amp. I currently am not running a preamp and do not plan to. My CD has a variable output. My CD is my "preamp". my tube power amps have gain controls. The solid state amp I am looking to get would need them also. Correct???? So I could control my low end and raise it proportionatly with my cd player. does this make sence??? So can my La Scala crossovers be wired to do this? thanks for your help
