  1. I'm on the west coast of Michigan, right on the lake. We've had a a couple of "dumpings" already including a big one over Thanksgiving. We had 12-18 inches over a couple of days. The Monday after Thanksgiving we had rain and 60 degrees. Everything gone in 24 hours. Since then it's the typical lake effect experience......1-3 inches per day until who knows when....April? Real funky weather here. 2 feet of snow and whiteout conditions in one area. Drive 15-20 miles in another direction....NOTHING.
  2. The Blackstone Valley Sinners: The Cold Hard Truth about Christmas CD Kind of campy, cheeseball alt.country
  3. Lol. That is a convoluted description. If you do get it, let me know what you'd call it! I think it is only available from Smooch Records.

  5. Uhhhhhhhhh Craig.......We talkin' stereo or mono here? heheheheheh
  6. Hello, I happen to own a Jolida 302A as well as an vintage integrated Stromberg Carlson. Both of these amps have been upgraded/tweaked/worked on by Craig. I was able to get a really great deal on my Jolida. It was a dealer demo unit with about 20 hours on it. I got it for $400 with about $200 dollars worth of vintage tubes in it. With the price range you mentioned, I would go vintage. You should be able to get a really nice vintage set up. I'm not real sure you could go wrong here either way however. I love my Jolida. Or just do what I did and get both!
  7. Hahahah...great. I did the same thing. Only difference being that 2 of the 6 folks that showed up were cops.
  8. Hello and congrats, I'm new here, but I also have a small house with a "Heresy Garage". I love that term! I spend more time there than anywhere else in the house. Surely there has to be more of us? Cheers
  9. Bob Mould: Body of Song Lp Indie Rock Welcome back Bob! Great songwriting and classic Bob guitar work. Club music overtones here and there. This one's growing on me.
