That is a exactly what I have found and what I do. The trick to getting a Sub Woofer tuned in right is, Not Knowing Its there. Again I tell you Bass is Mono, and non-directional ............ I have never seen a Stereo subwoofer, if there is one out there Who makes it ???

If you have tracking problems you could fill the cone with crushed ice, add some flavor, and when your done playing music you have an ice cone !!

Do yourself a big favor and TUBE those KG4's .......... the Dynaco would be nice, somewhere on this Forum someone has an Eico for sale, Scott's are nice, and oh yes, those Baldwin amps get rave reviews here. My first set of Klipsch were kg4's I bought brand new, used Sony recievers, sounded good, a Kenwood Intergrated amp sounded good, a solid state MAC, disappointed me, but nothing I have owned powered them like my Scott 299-D. HK's are popular here, as are Yamaha's, and Pioneers .................. I sure others will add to this, take your time, and ignore the voices, they will start soon, Welcome aboard ...............

Oh my, I gave $700. and traveled 5 hours one way to get them. Since then I have replaced the Crossovers, B-3's, and the tweeters with CT125's, I'm a little over a grand now, and only half done .................. Funny, 2 years ago I said I would never own Cornwalls, I wanted Khorns, but the Cornwalls work out much better for me. Whom ever gets Stormin's Cornwalls is getting a fine deal there ..................... Right Harryo ????

I only run one system at a time ............. Yamaha manual states LFE out should go to Left input, which left the Right input open ..... I found using Y connector made the Bass a little too boomy for my taste, so I figure what the hey, plugged in the Scott to the Right input, and have been using that way ever since ......... again, I only use one system at a time, hasn't caused any problems ....... 2 systems, 1 JBL sub, got the sound I want, what more can I say !!!!!!!!!!!

Bass is mono ........... non directional .......... L and Right inputs; I use the Left in for my Home Theatre ... I use the Right in to my Scott for 2 channel ... One Sub for two systems ................ I like the sound of just one input better than using a Y connector

All I can tell is get this DVD ....................LIVE IN TEXAS : Z Z TOP ................................ DVD .........................2008 If Z Z TOP were to make a live dics, or LP, this is what it would be like. Nuthin' Fancy here, Blues done Texas style ..... A Drummer, a Bassist, and oh yeah, Billy Gibbons ..... The Big Little Band from Texas ..... lotta' standard Top songs, and one of my favorites, "Just got Paid", something about the sound of a Les Paul in the right hands, and a great version of "Rough Boys". I've seen these guys live 3 or 4 times, and trust me, this is good, and the sound mix is Top Notch ....... These guys have been together a long time, and never really received their due respect, especially Billy Gibbons, but that's cool, I know they're good, and they have paid their dues ............... Power Trio's ROCK ....... "Well I just got paid today ..............." (Yes I posted this dvd before, but only 3 of us know that ..... [] ... )

I always thought the 396 was in reality a 402, but GM called it a 396 to keep it under 400 CI for insurance purposes !!!!!

When I drag raced back in the 60's with my 426 wedge Plymouth Savoy, I was wiped up by a 396 Fuelie Corvette 65 or 66 don't remember year, do remembered a$$ wooping I got , not once but twice !!!! Whatever, that is a Fuelie sitting beside that woody, not matter what size block ................ I can't find one listed with fuel injection on a 396 ................. So, I stand corrected !!!!!!!!

I believe they made a Fuel Injected 396 one year only, that's why it's rare ...................
