I just bought an SR8002 last week to replace my NAD T773. Clean natural sounding power is key here and the 8002 takes care of that in spades. I use it to drive my RF 83 system and I can't believe what a coupling they have made!!! If you can get the 8002 at 1200$ don't even think of getting anything else. I just payed 1800$ brand new plus tax!! and I find it worth every penny!

This is a home made stand I had welded up at my company out of 3/8" aircraft aluminum t6 plate top and bottom and .030" aluminum tube(filled with sand then welded to support my rc-64. a local welding shop might only charge you 20-30$ to weld one up. and you can have it customized to the exact height and dimesnion you need. It was then painted matte black and baked. looks very professional.

You da Man!! Yeah when PCM STEREO is selected on the DVD menu, it will allow the receiver to choose the surround mode and it "ENHANCED STEREO" was selected which was playing it on all speakers! THANKS!!!!! Now......what does PCM stand for?

First of all I have only ever listened to THE EAGLES FAREWELL 1 Tour in DTS. Never in PCM stereo cause I thought it was just that, "STEREO'. Today by accident it stayed on PCM Stereo instead of DTS. I noticed that there was less definition in the surrounds but the front sounded more"PUNCHY" So my question is this. First what is PCM and how does it compare to 5.1 or DTS. Which is supposed to sound better?? Thanks Terry

I am running an NAD T773 at 110 watts and the RC64 absolutely sings! No problem at 130!

Perhaps not the best movie but certainly a super watch was Mr Brooks. The gun shots on the RF-83's and RS-62's scared the livng c**p out of my wife and me. The DTS work was great on that note! It was nice to see Costner no over act the role and to have something completely out of character for him. Refreshing ......disturbing but refreshing.

I am supposed to see it tonight. The local radio station questioned some people when they we leaving the theatre and aparently, about 30-40 people left the show early due to motion sickness!!! Looks like hand held cams are the culprit again!

Can anyone tell me where and when (if ever) The custom 3 line will be available in the Montreal area. my local Klipsch dealer doesn't even have a SKU # for them. I would just buy them thru Klipsch on line but aparently they will only sell to customers State side. Any info is much appreciated!!!

I just purchased the rs-62's for the side to use in the RF83-RC64 set-up. I am most please and haven't heard much yet that compares to the 62's!!!! I have to re-listen to most of my collection unfortunately becasue of all I missed before.! Good luck Terry
