  1. I am thrilled to finally own a pair of kp-600's. We had a wonderful trip over to Henderson, TX. to pick up the speakers. I want to thank Roger Gordon for coming along to help with the sorting, putting back together and loading of the 600's. What a blast we had over there. Very memorable trip for Bill, Roger and I. Like Bill was saying in his post earlier, there are plenty more cabinets available, some drivers are good and others will need to be replaced but the botton line is, Klipsch is not making the kp-600 any longer. That's one of the reasons I wanted a system so badly. I'd certainly like to thank Dave Phipps for selling me a pair, the 600's are not too easy to find. Anyway, we just couldn't have had more fun.............wish you guys could have been there with us. Kevin Harmon
  2. I love to collect Klipsch loudspeakers and I have always wanted a pair of motengators. I mainly got them just to play around with and to show people the many attributes of a totally horn loaded speaker system. Low distortion and impressive wide dynamic range are very important to me. The shop I have them in is 40' x 105' and I will place the mcm's in the back corners facing the front of the building. It will be interesting to see how they sound in this environment. I am having some crossovers built right now. Can't wait to hear these monsters. Take care, Kevin
  3. This is the new home of Michael Colter's MCM 1900 stacks, also known as Motengators. I would like to thank Colter for all of his hard work in getting the stacks set up properly and loaded with the new K-43 woofers. I haven't heard them yet, waiting on the crossover networks to be built. Should be some fun when I can fire them up. Michael, thanks again for hauling them down, I know that was a job. Take care, Kevin
  4. Scooterdog, thanks for the information. I love the way your theater turned out. Very impressive set up. You did an excellent job of designing and building that room. Many thanks, Kevin
  5. h00kemh0rns, thanks for taking the time to send me those links and all of the information. It is greatly appreciated. I will begin doing some research. Thanks again, Kevin
  6. wescott, thanks for the information. I will certainly need to do my homework before making a purchase. Kevin
  7. jbsl, thanks for the information. My room is 21 x 23 x 8 and the Jubilee's are on the 21' wall. The TV you saw in the pic is a Hitachi 70" but it is very old. There is an audio/video store in town, I'll have to go by and see what they have as far as new projectors. I am certain that one of those new units would look much better than the TV I have now. Thanks again, Kevin Harmon
  8. I got the Legend in Sound poster from Klipsch probably 20 years ago
  9. The center channel is a RC3 II if I remember correctly. I have had it for quite some time. I hardly ever use the center channel because it's no where near the efficiency of the Jubilees. Ever now and again I'll use it with DVD movies, but more often than not I listen to two channel. I haven't researched the projectors, what would you recommend? Thanks for the kind words, Kevin
  10. Better picture of the two 18 inch woofers in the sub.
  11. Klipschorn Jubilee's with KPT-684 cinema sub.
  12. Congrats Roy, You are the MAN..............very impressive They have you living in Rosston, AZ I guess someone typed it in wrong. Kevin
  13. Here is the back side of the license plate with PWK's signature and the date of August 20, 1992
  14. I have had this plate since 1985, after 20 years I retired this plate and got a brand new Klipsch license plate that is currently on my truck. PWK actually signed the back of this one for me.
