Let me specify, the horizontal brace behind the cloth is warped and the speaker foam is rubbing it....should I cut it out or is the a way to heat it up with out damaging the grill to bend it back??

my grill brace is hitting my speaker what would be the proper fix?

I have noticed the my lower driver foam is hitting the support for the grill, I hate to cut it out, any suggestions?
