To make it easy on yourself buy, rent or borrow a circular saw that can cut your angle, they are out there or will get close enough to get you through, 1 or 2 degrees can be filled with PL and never be noticed,
Clamp a factory plywood edge on your panel to use as a straightedge & guide.
If i was cutting only a few panels this is what i would do instead of making a jig or whatever.

I would keep an eye out for a used NAD receiver or integrated amp. The older Luxman models are nice if you can find them for a reasonable price.
The older silverface Pioneer SX, Marantz 22**, Sansui G, ETC are decent sounding units, if you can find one thats been serviced for a reasonable price it would be worthwhile.

I have a 780, bought it for $50 years ago and sounds great. It needs a recap but anything that old will need one if it has not been done.
Mine is a workshop workhorse running some old 4 way 12" white van speakers.
For $150 i would pass, if its super clean & been recapped and serviced recently maybe its worth it if you really like the unit.
The 780 is a decent receiver but for $150-250 range there are better options out there.

Pentium D will run Windows 7 but don't expect speedy processing, i would recommend a minimum of 2 Gb of memory.
Careful buying used operating systems, it must be the retail version. Buying & reusing a OEM version can result in huge fines if you get caught.

What kind of hardware are you running ?
Upgrading your OS may not be the best idea if your computer is severely outdated.
There is freeware to replace your MS word if cash is tight,
Newegg usually has operating systems for $100 bucks or so.

Buy Claude's THT for sale in the garage sale section, you would have to spend 1000's of dollars to get anything near the performance level of the THT and for $500 its a steal of a price.
That would be perfect but he said he was looking for something smaller than a RW10d.
Oops, didn't catch that. Yeah the 24" THT may be slightly larger than the RW10

Nice grain pattern on the Oak, the Belle clones look great.

Check out Freightquote for shipping, if you can to dropoff & have your buyer pickup at their local terminal prices are very reasonable.
I have spent alot of time looking into shipping large items for my business and this is the best option as far as price i have found.

I just signed up on fleabay myself to sell my Oak Table Tuba demo model so not everybody with no history should be considered unworthy of buying or selling something.
Hope everything works out.
Fleabay selling prices are outrageous, why do they need to take everybody to the cleaners ?
Greedy business practices and greedy people just pi$$ me off.

Hard to believe these have not sold yet.
I would take them myself for a future project but money's tight right now.

My son totaled my car a while back so I'm without wheels, traveling is not an option right now unfortunately.

Update the caps in the crossover and leave stuff alone if it sounds good.
Wire upgrades wont help.
Buy the Crites kit if you can handle the task if not let him do the work.
If you feel the need to change the midrange diaphragm do it, it can always be changed back if you're not happy.

Texas Ketchup----Pace Picante Sauce!
Pace medium is my favorite.
I tried many others but none stack up to pace.

The Dayton subs are pretty good, cheap too. Get two for your space.

Very nice horns, good luck with your sale.

Good thing you were wearing a helmet, brain splatter is not a good thing.
Glad you came out unharmed.
Wish my son would wear a helmet while skateboarding, dam kid never listens to me. Lots of U-Tube videos under Jeff Stromberg if anybody's interested.

I agree that the best setting to crossover you subwoofer would be at 80Hz however your Sub 10 will not be a great addition to your system if you crossover that high.
If you could find a better subwoofer that would not get so sloppy sounding at higher frequencies it would make a world of difference, especially for music.

I recommend crossing over under 50 Hz, the sub gets muddy over that frequency. The lower the better.

Mustard, onion & sport peppers on my hot dogs or chili & onions are another favorite
Jason--you're from Chicago--what do you guys know about hot dogs? Actually, love a good chicago dog. Last time i went to Chicago, i couldn't wait to get off the plane and stop at the first hot dog place i could find.
The best hot dogs in Chicago are from.
Gene & Jude's
Superdawg
Paradise Pup
Portillo's
There are others but these are some of the best.
The Works also makes a helluva dog, "The Works" is 2 hot dogs on french bread, different but very good.
Their french fry basket is a meal in itself.

Anybody else a fan of Banana Ketchup?
I like it, its sold in the Asian stores around here as Banana sauce, use it in cooking.
-
Ketchup on French fries & Meatloaf only, Cajun fries can go without.
Mustard, onion & sport peppers on my hot dogs or chili & onions are another favorite.
MMMMMM Chili dogs.

I was thinking the same thing but could not find any information about Kiwi containing silicone, they don't list any ingredients.
Good idea touching up with lacquer though its not going to match perfect it will be better than a scratch or ding while protecting the wood underneath.
Cutting bevels or angles on table saws
in Lounge
Posted
The problem is the 59 degree cut, most saws only cut 45's.
I would cut the 59 first, more chance to make a mistake, leave your panel wide in case you mess up so you're not wasting stock. The 31 degree cut is an easy one.
There are saws that cut steeper angles but they may be more expensive.
These worm drives last forever.
