This probably isn't what you're looking for ...... but the best TV stand I can think of is a LaScala

Sad to her of her passing. Life is tough and full of turns and curves.
Now you guys know everyone in Indiana does not live in a trailer park, duh. There is a waiting list.
Who are you kidding ? Several of us were at your doublewide last summer
FWIW Derrick has a very nice house

If I remember the subwoofer crawl correctly , put the sub in your main listening position and then go around the room to listen for where the sub sounds best,Once you find it place the the sub at that location

40W a channel @ 8ohms .110W bridged at $50 a piece ( less if you buy more ) I would probably by 5 if it was local and at least 1 for a spare

Short of excavation or installing a freight elevator, I would need the single height bass bins.
The single height would be difficult enough, but might be worth the effort.
Trust me , They ARE worth the effort

Remember what is said - There is a fine line between genius and insanity. And I'm not sure which one we are approaching --
I had the exact same thought but could not put it to words . Well Done !

I have not heard them myself but they had a good reputation. Sherbourn was Emotiva at the end.I can't imagine them not sounding good but there is only one way to find out Those were not cheap or inexpensive pieces in their day .

I would run conduit and as large as you can possibly get away with. If you don't run conduit run more cables than you think you will use, I promise you'll be thankful later. Run Cat6 everywhere ,almost everything short of power can be run through it including HDMI. I would still run the actual HDMI's that you know you will need . Think Projector and Flat Screen even if you don't plan on it at first. Think Atmos even if you're not planning on it, There is so much else , ventilation , lighting etc , etc. Think about your layout and then overthink it again and again . Once the walls are up and insulated you are pretty much stuck with what you have . You ceiling can be your friend if you leave it accessible some how for running new wire Pro's can wall fish down an insulated wall (it can suck but it can be done) horizontally once you hit a stud you are done ( There are a few ways to maybe get through but it is time consuming thus expensive). After you have made your decisions and it's all done , sit back and enjoy

I just saw you have phone service as well, which means you will have an EMTA (Phone/Internet) all that I know of have the router built in. I would suggest just using it , save the money on the router purchase, and keep Comcast on the hook for your network troubles
-
I would ditch the Comcast router if you get the Nighthawk . I cannot tell you how many times I have been in a Best Buy store and overheard the sales associates spouting off either complete lies and/or complete stupidity . The geek squad is even worse ! The only thing I will caution you on is , Comcast will not support customer owned equipment so if your networking is something you are not comfortable with I would consider staying with theirs . The Comcast techs are hit or miss as well , more miss especially with networking. Good Luck !

I'm clearing out my office now. I turned in my badge and credit cards already. One meeting in the morning, and then we're all going bowling (i refused the typical farewell cake & ice cream festivities).
5:30 am will exist for only one more day then it will be replaced with "i don't care what time it is."
Congrats. I'm really excited for you ! and jealous I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to die to retire

LSI splits ? Awesome speakers and wise choice. Get a horn loaded sub and it doesn't get much better at any price .
Congrats , Enjoy and Welcome to the forum

Seller is asking $10,500. Location is the South Side of Chicago. Hmm.
I bet if you showed up with $10,000 in cash and a truck he would take it.
You mean your Cash and Truck ?

Well they are " remarkably uncommon", must be because one of the key features is that these are "Outdoor/Indoor Indoor"
You don't see that in your everyday Klipschorns. and you are getting $1500 off New MSRP plus the bass bins come pre scuffed up for you. You are saving time and money
I'm sorry if these belong to a forum member and to make it up to you , I will sell you a pair of my LaScala's for $5250

I would go LaScala followed by Chorus

Just use the white L/LFE Line In RCA Jack

Actually you are right and I thought about that after I posted
The Belle is wider and not as deep, the extra width could help the Belle fit a few TV's that the LaScala can't .
I love your Setup
