I was texting with @codewritinfool and he offered to do any lifting during our shoot out, it made me sound old and frail. I want to clear that up a little. I am old but not frail. I am strong as an ox, but am stupid. There is a distinct difference. There are thing you can lift and things you can't. There are items that fall in the middle where you have have to lift a certain way. I don't always know the difference.
Glad I could clear that up.
Lol, we can lift together. That thing has 8 wheels and 4 handles. I will try to hurry up the T45 so we can try it, the THTLP, and your new sub with the 4 La Scalas (want to make it 6?) and see what works and what doesn't. I really do think this needs to be OUTSIDE so there are no reflections to muddy things up.

You will fit in fine at SWAG 2, if we ever find a venue for the next one. Weren't you checking your area? That way, you can bring your drinking rig to compare to the other ones. LOL
The THTLP is large enough to have tap handles. Hmmm.- 2

I am starting a sub project very soon. When done, we can set up and compare your THTLP to the ones I do. As much as I enjoyed your speaker (which I plan to give back some day) I wanted something a little easier to move around. I ain't getting any younger and this is for my "mobile" set up. I'm doing two much smaller than the THTLP but together should hold their own. If your's blows these away, I will have to build one and buy a back brace. I almost dropped yours off the flat bed a couple of times. I wasn't going to tell you, but.....
It has wheels on two sides already, so it isn't impossible to move. Maybe I could put treads and motors on the next one so it can be driven around, now there's a thought. A remote-controlled THTLP. Or maybe just attach a big dolly handle and wheels.
I've dropped one end of it from 3' up already when it fell off of a sawhorse. Didn't seem to hurt it, lol.
Which subs are you making? (sorry to hijack this thread, you can PM me if you want)

You should have been building a sub.
That's what I've been telling him too.

Believe me, I remember this. How could I forget. Also, I drove to Chesapeake Bay, Va. to get get a trailer full of those singles. Dtel got these xtras. I never saw an MWM carrier like that but it was brilliant and perfect for the job as you can see. Great workmanship.
Dtel and Christy brought Kim and I a king cake as a gift and I wound up with the baby. I still owe you and Christy a King cake. Haven't forgotten. I may have to repay with a Georgia Key Lime Pie though. We'll see what happens this summer if Klipsch has any get togethers.
I heard Haydel's doesn't put the baby inside the cake anymore and it just comes "on the side". It has been a few years, hasn't it?
Pretty sure I heard you coming through my area when you left Tim's.

Season 3, episode 4. There's a Klipschorn (B style) in Angie's office.
Just in case anyone cares.

Just get them back? Way easier than building new ones.

I talked to Jimi's father once over the phone. Sent him a CD jacket to sign and return and he did. Talked to Billy Cox in person a few years ago, that's as close as I ever got to Jimi.

My brother from another mother and sooooo sweet!
Great listen sports fans. NONE better imo!
I dig Jimi. Why’d you post Stevie playing Little Wing and not Jimi, though?- 1

From what it looks like, they are different. The Klipsch logo and metal trim strips are one one offering and not the other.
This looks to be a good deal with an extra set of mid horns and an amp. Good luck.Yeah, they're different but I was thinking that Chris had several sets and is in Monroe, so I thought maybe they might be part of the same group of speakers.
And BTW, I won't be getting these for a myriad of reasons. I wish I could, though.

Oh man I want these. Anyone know who this is or the history of this set?
Here's a recent post also from Monroe, LA:
Is this yours too, @Chris Kidd

Strange , it comes from the same site and is posted the same way . All looks fine on my Mac 🤷♂️ , must not agree with your firewall . I don't have one because well I don't need one .
Nope, not a firewall issue. The extracted link does indeed open up on "thechive" but as it is presented in embedded form does not. I would suspect the type of embedding or perhaps anti-hotlinking protection on thechive.
Tested on both a Mac and a Windows box, same result.

I want one, but can you post the description somewhere in addition to Facebook?

No affiliation.
I’ve never seen La Scalas like those with handles too.

You gonna run these tomorrow (the 21st)? Wanna try them vs. the THTLP at your shop?
