  1. GoodToBeHome, The pic that you have is my 1962 Vertical Cornwall. I have a set of 1967 KHorns and I might open them up to take a peek at them. Doug
  2. Allan, again thank you for the logo's and Tom for helping distribute them. Doug
  3. Tony Boone I did it your way, I went out and found a nice Velodyne F1500R. My home theater is now a pair of LaScala's for fronts - Vert. Cornwalls for Center Channels on their sides - Cornwalls I's for rears with the Velodyne Sub. It all sounds great and the Velodyne rocks the house. Doug
  4. Congrats you'll love them. Fortunately mine were only 20 mins. from me (1967 Khorns). It does look like most everyone is now searching out the Khorn. Doug
  5. I have a set of 1967 Klipschorns in woven cane. The tag on the back of the Klipschorn identifies them as " K-B-P15 " what does this stand for? Doug
  6. KHorns seem to be running hot these days. Congrats LynnM. I scored a pair of 67's with FRZNINVT's help on this board. BTW thanks again Charles (frzninvt) Doug
  7. I need a pair for my 67 Klipschorns, just let me know what I have to do to get a pair sent to me. Doug
  8. See ya then, Charles. Doug P.S. '88 Klipschorn's (OO) (Mains) Shouldn't this read (Maines) haha , Infinity RS4's (OO) (Additional Mains), '78 La Scala (BR) (Center), '78 La Scala's (LB)(Rears), '89 Heresy II's (WO)(Side Surrounds), a/d/s L300C (Rear Effects), Velodyne F1500R & DBX 3830 Subwoofers, and Lots of Outboard Power!
  9. Hey Charles, Would you recomend upgrading the "A" crossovers in the 1967's you seen to Al's crossovers. Doug
  10. Does anyone have an extra CANE kit available that they would be willing to part with at a decent price? Doug
  11. HaHa FINI, good one. Doug
  12. Just think Jhawk92, you could of went out and got a set of 2003's for about $7,500 not bad. HaHa You just invested a fraction of the cost compared to new and will in all likelyhood get close to the same results out of something 34 yrs old. Isn't owning a KLIPSCH product great. Doug
  13. Frzninvt- Yup they do have the type "A" crossover. F was the letter in the SN#. I was born in 67 and now have a pair of klipschorns from that era along with the 62 vertical cornwall's. It can't get any better than that. Thanks a bunch and I hope we are able to hook-up next weekend. Doug
  14. Congrats on the 68's Jhawk92. I would have loved the 68's but thank the Klipsch God for Frzninvt to let me in on a pair of 67's 20 mins from home. I know you will love the 68's they did look in great shape from the pics I received of them. I am still trying to figure out how in the hell you fit them into an explorer. If I would have got their and I needed to rip out the front seats and sit on milk crates to get them home I would have. HaHa See Ya. Doug
  15. How about cornwalls would they be better to use? I also have a set I could use. I am just trying to use the current equipment that I own, so I don't have to purchase anything else. Doug
  16. Lynnm, No I did not, if found some 1967's local to me about 20 mins. away from my home. Doug
  17. I have an extra set of LaScala's since the addition of a set of vintage KHorns. Could I convert my LaScala's into 2 separate subs without modifing the cabinets? If so, how do I go about doing this? They would be passive with an amp separate from them if this helps. Doug
  18. If it doesn't get anyone in trouble I could use a mold. I would pay for any inconvience to the sender. (postage and so forth) Doug
  19. I would also buy them even if I had to buy a couple of more sets just to satisfy the need to reprint them. Doug
  20. Here are pics of the 62 Cornwalls http://forums.klipsch.com/idealbb/view.asp?topicID=29044&forumID=68&catID=19&search=1&searchstring=&sessionID={1C2EA6BB-9FEA-4A5B-A254-36D0C14E898D} Doug.
