Yup, went a bit insane on RSD's Black Friday but scored some I kinda wanted. Some more than others but beans & weiner's aren't really too bad for a couple weeks. Like drinking Scotch. You have to acquire a taste for it they say! Poppycock I say! Glass full neat w/ice water on the side works for me!
Released in October of 80 it was U2's debut album and one I never picked up at the time. Now I see why I didn't.
Jumped on the 40th Anniversary Limited edition Black Friday copy just cause.
Walter Trout? If ya don't know who he is ya better jump on this one. Another old guy who's done it all well in his lifetime. Born in Jersey he relocated to LA where he was a side man for many of the big guns in the 60's & 70's. John Lee Hooker, Joe Tex, Percy Mayfield and Big Mama Thornton to name a few. Lead guitarist in Canned Heat from 81-84 then jumped in w/John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers following Peter Green and EC. He kicked butt then and continues to do so. Released in 2019, this is a great blues lp to score. He cooks!

Cleaning my wonderful Cuisinart coffee maker this morning. Been playing with it for an hour now! This just isn't right! I WANT MY COFFEE! 😡

WAIT! Check that "clean" water out will ya? It's a wonder I'm not dead with all the junk floating in that "clear" water rinse cycle. I guess "if it doesn't kill ya it just makes ya stronger" could be true. Couple more cycles and I might just try a pot or two! Being pathetically worthless can be a good thing.

@babadono Noooooo, I mentioned before to start at the beginning of his set-up and take things one at a time. You know me better than that! hahaha A shorted speaker wire or something else does weird stuff is all I was saying.

About 3 inches down along with the temps. Not gonna get any better anytime soon. High of 38 today supposedly and down to 24 tonight. Just the start of winter around here. Electric blankie WILL be on again tonight.

Doyle Bramhall II? Tossed a few friends into this one released in 2018.. EC, Norah Jones, Derek Trucks and more slipped into his studio. His first solo release in 15 years and another new one out now.
Still got an itch for some more Neil though.
"Return to Greendale" is such a great album. Ya better!

Try this just for giggles... Make SURE your speakers are wired correctly. Yea, yea I know ya know but check things out and make sure you're good. NOTHING touching to short anything.
I'm running a Prima Luna and using a Schiit Mani from my Linn table. Sounds fantastic for $150.
Double check the speaker wiring for phase and shorts. Relax and check things out. Don't stress. It ain't rocket science. Go right back to the basics with your set up. Step at a time. Start over if you have to and take your time. Cross your fingers too

Did I hear blue was pausing for the cause? Heard they might have problems Sunday but Harb's is locked down now. OSU has resumed w/some light work outs today for a few players. Crazy with Covid.
