  2. I have heard that listening to music promotes the physical healing process. Even though the stitches from the surgery are still in my spine and I feel like a wild boar, every meter of walking demands immense strength from me, I have to listen to music again .......

Spyro Gyra " catching the sun " is a good start

btw ..I reactivated my DIY german MI / MM Tube Phono Pre " SteinMusic " PCC 88 with external psu,  haven´t used it for more than two years now . For this phono stage I use NoS PCC 88 Tubes from Valvo,  Siemens Munich and Tesla

  3. I can leave the hospital tomorrow morning. I am surprised myself how well I have survived the operation on my back, of course I still have pain from the wounds, that is clear, but the nerve pain in my back that I have been tormented with every day for over a year really doesn't seem to exist any more ..... Maybe I am just imagining it because I take a high concentration of painkillers and opium derivatives every day. Anyway, at the moment I'm feeling quite well and hope to be over it in three or four weeks.

was surprised to see you posting already... then the 6 hour difference came to mind.;)

it is probably more due to the fact that I have almost 4000 mg of novalgia and opium derivatives in my blood 😂

Now we both and our ol bud @Dave1291 have to solve our health issues....we´ll get through them , no doubts.

Better than being dead off the forum!!

Have a good bourbon with a couple drops of water for me huh? ;)

Add to my list of accomplishments in staying alive...

My methodical reduction of *relaxed, measured breathing, to lower my heart rate worked a couple weeks ago.

    Cardio-Pulmonary... they're closely connected!

Hospital said I'd had another heart attack, glad it was obviously mild. The other I had wasn't and took me to my knees as there wasn't a place near to sit a decade or more ago. Felt like a horse kicked me!

A thing like that I remember exactly except for the date. Enzymes and markers put it in my blood.

Lasix took the edge off of the big fat swollen me below the belt to the floor.

    Carry On

Ohh JJ , didn´t knew that at all , wasn´t here for a couple of month . Glad to notice that you´re under medical control and of course.......wishing you all the best and a hopefully quick recovery

  8. I am still a young chick here, since December 2019. Initially I was mainly interested in the technical content, but I gave up because it's pointless to give anyone technical advice. In the end, everyone does what they think is right anyway.

Since then I've kept a low profile and have found friends in the Lounge from America, Australia and Europe with whom I exchange , especially in the Vinyl Record Spinning thread from @Full Range

    Still makes fun .......
