Oh me bad -- Xovers both are good, a tweeter is dead. After precise checking.

    Sticker says Klipsch K-76-K

Should I search for exact K76 diaphragm or there are the same specs but different model name, interchangebles?

Yes. Authorized parts are best. Some recommend replacing tweeter diaphragms in pairs.

I've taken my H1 apart maybe 7-8 rimes with no issues. Don't know if there is a big difference between 1 and 2. Just resist the temptation to over tighten the screws. Snug them up...that is stop just as resistance begins to ramp up fast. That's the best way I can think of to describe when to cease. I'm a mechanic/machinist so exceeded the force required for material removal once or twice. Doesn't hurt to clean threads prior to reassembly both sides.

The H2 is MDF rather than plywood.

Why more power?  The experts here could chime in with way more experience than I have.  But, I find the sensitivity/efficiency estimates of the Chorus 2 to be higher than real world behavior.  If I had to guess, I'd say it's something to do with the woofer in them.  While researching them, I found quite a few posts about how the woofer comes from the pro/PA side of the Klipsch business as opposed to the home audio side. (I realize there isn't much difference, just saying...)  They seem to prefer more wattage to really "motivate" or energize them.  I think the damping factor of SS amps, combined with the RELATIVELY less efficient woofer, makes a high powered amp more advantageous in the Chorus 2 than the woofer(s) in the Forte and/or Cornwalls would seem to require.   Again, please take this from a newbie, with the appropriate grain of salt.

The rear firing passive requires the woofer to be highly motivated. With lower wattage amps they just have very little oomph.

    You can't stream vinyl

Was it done from behind? How’d it turn out looking? My local audio guy was talking about clear adhesive from behind to achieve the most discreetness.

For the radiator dust caps, I tried a mini shop vac to no success. Perhaps I go big league with the big shop vac or maybe the house vac but I’m not sure if it could damage the cone if the cap were to rip off. Going to try duct tape as well. My audio guy says he usually just ends up using an exacto knife carefully and just replaces the cap outright with new.

I’d try to repair it from behind. As for the dust cap on the passive you may be able to push it  from behind.
