  1. That background dude's got life figured out. Doubled up on the cones. I used to do that with Heineken's all the time. One to drink while I wandered around aimlessly checking out the fems @ shows and one to drink on the way BACK to the bar to reload with 2 more. Life's alllll about timing ya know! 😂 Could be a male lookin for that perfect place too. Keep up the good work!
  2. @frt8dogI sent him a msg about a week ago and he responded with np. He did say his bottom dollar was $2975. After re-thinking the space issue here it turned into a wet dream. The width just won't work across my wall and I've always loved the LS BUT ya wanna go up the food chain. I have MAYBE 10 inches of space max. I told him that and got a thanks for letting him know. Maybe his father has taken a turn for the worse and his focus is there or maybe there are just too many people kicking the tires. Could be eyeballing things too and seeing something they didn't like. Who knows but he was solid with me. I think he's looking for a good home and the tire kickers are killing it for those that are serious. Ether way keep us posted cause that's a great price me thinks!
  3. Landscapers were outta here Wednesday about quittin time and I crawled back into the house shortly thereafter. Took today off and didn't do a darn thing. Wait, I did dishes from my Bobby Flay throw down. Both the guys pigged out and thanked me for lunch a couple times. Said no one had ever cooked for them before. lol They did do a nice job and didn't stop for 3 days. 3 one-ton truckloads of stone went down out of wheel barrels is nuts in itself. Made me tired watchin.
  4. Just saw this from EC's tour. Someone posted it. Toss it out for a listen if ur scrollin. Sounded better in my seat. hahaha Some sweet scrolln moosic..
  5. Look great brother! Sharin that love!
  6. He's on auto-pilot about now Gary! lol I'm out!
  7. Pics not a problem at all. It's on my list. Might have to rewire it depending on the old stuff. Yea, just an old beer light that hung from a bar ceiling. Gonna have to figure out how to hang it w/o the house falling down. lol
  8. When the full display is up and running, it consumes 1100 watts !!! You can feel the radiant heat standing 5 feet away !! WHY did I know that was coming??? lol
  9. Gary, you wouldn't own it if it just sounded VERY good. That should kick butt and I'm sure it does. lol I did have an idea looking at your mood lighting though and have noticed that since I came in here a couple light years ago. Sure I knew what you did and it's got a coolness factor all it's own so there's that. I just had a revelation looking at it this time with your new gear. Lava lamps? Check. blah... LED lighting under the shelves? nah Nipper? Check & nah then BAM it hit me! I have an almost new one of these that still works, spins and puts spots on all sidewalls & celing as it spins. Disco ball? lolol me in platform shoes? That's George. 😂 I've had this thing since the late 60's and it came out of a bar up near Kent, Ohio one weekend. I bet the owner on a Cleveland Browns game and I wanted this ceiing light he had hangin over the bar. He wanted $100 from me if I lost. A case of beer later he was a loser and we were all trashed. I brought the lamp home. It's hanging downstairs now but it's coming up here Gonna be a blast from the past for sure! Thanks!
  10. Snagged a perfect mono promo copy of Blues Magoos - Psychedelic Lollipop lp, which is spinning now. Prolly the 3rd at least. So many great songs on that lp. The "Tobacco Road" rendition has always and will always be a favorite. Got a foot stacked here to muddle through. It's ugly! lol
  11. Just picked up "World Wide Funk" by none other than Bootsy Collins. huh? Hip Hop? Nah, it's Bootsy who's done it all and then some. Had to. Some limited splatter edition w/some top secret code from generation Z buried in the lyrics only if you play it backwards and upside down.
  12. D-T3 Speed of Heat Heck I dunno! lol
  13. Just hit the Side D T! - Giselle and went WHOA... SWEET!
  14. Yea, me too Paul. Me knows what Mikey likes but... expansion can be a good thing if ya find something intriguing ya like. Then I sit back and watch and nose a bit. If I see 4 copies of anything left when it drops I'm pretty much on it. I KNEW Skunk would go quick and it did.
  15. No pretzels for you that are new for ya around here... Yea, knew the Aja red was new and knew you had the older ones. Skunk is sold out too. Slow, melodic, clean with stellar fretwork. I'm into side 3 and it's relaxing and professional in every way. It's tight and I don't resent getting it at all. His heritage speaks for itself. 4 coming up after a couple more. Maybe not you though. Check youtube. Skunk Baxter - Speed of Light
  16. Gonna throw on 3 & 4 just for giggles.
  17. Ya got some real good ones now that I looked again a bit slower. The quads are great, ya got the black cow so it's a nice lil haul. I just picked up Jeff "Skunk" Baxter's first solo lp that's not too bad since you like Steely Dan. 1 & 2 are ok but I've yet to jump into 3 & 4. His twist to some of the old stand by tunes, some of the Dan's tunes so 3 & 4 are coming up prolly tomorrow. Skunk's been a good solid all around contributor to so many great groups. Doobies, Steely Dan, Spirit and I think designed Jimi's flipped strat or had something to do with it. Quiet, but can just shred you and have you laffin in no time. He's payed his debt to society. Might be a good keeper since it's his first. Just my thoughts.
  18. Mike you know what you like. I just kinda know even though I've seen so much of your stuff. There are always a lot, ya just have to finger it out. Nice selection there but I don't know the business or how they grade. I did see one that jumped out even though I know you don't like Floyd. That Division Bell remaster showing is one amazeballs LP. I waited for years to see it in vinyl after seeing the show about 4 times. lol I might have another sealed one but can't remember. It's good though. Reaaaal good. It's only money right? 😂
  19. Ding, dong the witch is dead... The landscapers are done and gone. Been spinnin allll afternoon. Golden Earring was a Dutch rock band, founded in 1961 in The Hague as The Golden Earrings. They achieved worldwide fame with their international hit songs "Radar Love" in 1973, which went to number one on the Dutch charts, reached the top ten in the United Kingdom, and went to number thirteen on the United States charts,[1][2] "Twilight Zone" in 1982, and "When the Lady Smiles" in 1984.[1] During their career they had nearly 30 top-ten singles on the Dutch charts and released 25 studio albums.
  20. Got a nice selection right there @dirtmudd!
  21. Hence, Eight Skate & Donate! 😂
  22. Callin it a night U2... Play nice!
