  1. I got lucky, Grabbed a couple Army cot's on the way out the door. When the first turned into a hammock I broke out the second one. Hit 66 here today so I did a "leaf removal solid" for some here in the hood. Hit the kid next to me only cause they were filling my yard, then went a couple houses the other way and hit my old buddies yard. Known the guy for prolly 50 years and I was the first he told about his colon cancer. A month ago he told me it was back and inoperable. He and his wife were out there yesterday piddlin around so I went his way and mopped up the mess. He was out again piddlin so I yelled at him to get in the house and he didn't hear me so I pointed and he started laffin. Put stuff in the garage and the city boys were out here w/the big vac. Perfect! Tomorrow it's repeat.
  2. Well don't look at mecause I just got here. Brought my own coffee too! 7PM and I'm drinkin coffee? Time to chnge the clocks back I guess.
  3. Yup, it's gettin WILD out there!

  5. I'd just shuffle some things around a bit moving the Heresy's into position and enjoy them right now. Throw some favorites at 'em and kick back. Let your ears be your guide and relish the moments. You may not even like them but I can't really say I know anyone that doesn't like PWK's gems that has them. Save that egg money for a pair of Cornwalls or LS down the road. Poppycock? hahaha Just let the drooling begin now and enjoy. You can always A/B both pair or just switch them around for a different sound if you want. PWK's speakers will take ya for a ride and a half so enjoy. Klipsch gear is a lot like fishin. That pair of Heresy of yours just took the bait the bobber went down and ya jerked 'em out. It get's worse on the wallet down the road cause ya gotta be that king fisherman. Ya go from worms to minnows, then to cut bait and fish the deeper waters. How long can you hold your breath? Want outta the stream, lake and into the ocean? Don't forget your life jacket! lolol Crank 'em and chill. Step at a time. 😂
  6. You Sir, may byte me! 😂😂😂 FYI my Linn dude puts a couple lil arrows on my belt so every year I just flip it. Told me it would last about 5-10years that way. On year 3 and just flipped it last week. Last I checked it was running @ 33.32 rpm's. Cart hours? Logs? Nickle dime stuff? Blah! You obviously need something to do with your spare time. 😂😂😂
  7. Got the tubes fired up this evening. It's a gas and a half. Mid 60s today w/more to come tomorrow "they" say. Lil bit more wind but an extra houir of sleep or non-sleep might work. 11PM and David Gilmour? Blah, the heck w/'em!
  8. Lil Happy Birthday wishes from Mike Portnoy to Jordan Rudess of Dream Theater. Watch 'em go! From their "Live @ Budokan show!
  9. George, it's almost like listening to this one. I got the poor kid next door. Did my thang again today and dumped everything on the outside of the bushes hiding the side of his backyard. He sits on the corner of the street coming into the oval. Left everything else of his go. It'll all wind up here anyway. I'll just let him mumble for a while. 😂 Mid 60's tomorrow so might just slip out and hit mine a couple more times. Windy today so just smiled on the inside as I watched them blowing towards the neighbors north of me. Maybe I should hit "Satisfaction" now. 😂 Bleh, just another day in Duckburg.
  10. If they were anything but oak leaves I wouldn't be flipping out. Those things deteriorate like iron. While laying in your yard all winder you lose your grass dut to lack of sunlight. Those things are tough for sure. The big one across the street has 9 huge (prolly 40') oaks and the yard is about 6 inches higher than my yard. The kid next door's house had two more huge oaks in the back yard with two maples in the front. It's about 10" higher than my yard. Everyone else in the hood is just about level w/my yard. I get the brunt of it for sure. It's a real pita!
  11. Don't worry @KROCK I've got a nice lil stack of lp's I'm going to get into in the next couple days. Just for you since you've been teasing me! Gotta suit up right now and hit the leaf duty here in the hood!
  12. The sign stealing incident is getting better. It seems as though Ohio State's coach Ryan Day's brother has an internet security firm Word on the street is his brother found the damning info on michigan and turned it in to the B1G. Could be possible but no one is saying anything positive yet. In other news frorm yesterday, the weekly coaches conference held with the B1G commish afterwards Coach Harbaugh was asked to hang up, which they say he did. Then 5 coaches in the conference call unloaded on the Commisioner about the cheating scandal, which has supposedly gone on for 3 years. This was reported by ESPN. In the three years that Stalions left a paper trail of purchasing tickets to games of michigan opponents, the wolverines have gone 33-3 overall and 22-1 in Big Ten play. In the prior three years, they were 21-11 overall and 16-8 in league play. Overall, Stalions has purchased tickets to more than 35 games in at least 17 stadiums over the last three years, ESPN reported. michigan suspended Stalions the same day ESPN reported he was the center of the investigation. Also a former Division III coach told ESPN he was paid by Stalions to video games at multiple Big Ten schools. TODAY, ESPN analysts are swingng the other direction. It's almost like they just realized that ESPN cut the ties w/the B!G long ago and they just realized there is only 1 SEC team in a path to this years Natty playoffs. lol
  13. Claypool is always a good show and that made it an even better show!
  14. Throw 'em down and go Mustang! She should sound great!
  15. @grasshopper all I know is it's time for the electric blankie and flannel sheets after last night. Was about 24 and snowing with mid 30's @ 3PM. Talking up around 60 Friday & Saturday then it's goin down again. Guess I'll have to take care of the yard. By then the neighbor kid next door should be on easy street. His will be in my yard along w/those from Sherwood Forest since Robinhood has another 20' run across the street waiting for the boys or wind. Whatever comes first I guess. 😂💪😂 @Invidiosulus Ya need a boom box to carry.

  17. @grasshopper time for you to break out that big black stick and the sarong. I'm puttin you in when the D-Backs come back to town. F the cleats go barefoot! Somethin better shake out after this beat down tonight! Sending you my Jobu from the movie Major League over night FedEx! And the rest of the story! 😂😂💪
  18. Mmmm I KNOW it's a him! So take that mate! Wasn't there a signed one in the crate @JohnJ? 😂
  19. One of his best. As i recall he was just a bit trashed out on this one. Hunter and that other dude on guitars I think too. It's a good old lp for sure!
  20. Blah, 34 here in Sherwood Forest a suburb of Duckburg @ 3PM. Robin Hood across the street has been out blowing it all away from his over-grown mansion. Heard a blower all morning and finally had to slip out the front door to grab a couple lp's that showed up yesterday. lol Then figured I'd slip out and grab one of @JohnJ's favs. A nice big Gyro w/fries. Came home and there was Robin on his lil John Deere tractor just startin the clean up. He smiles and waves so I waved back. Inside I was laffin my rear off. An old jacket n jeans wearing his Elmer Fudd plaid hat with the earflaps down. Think Imma gonna wait since it's gonna be mid 40's Thursday and Friday. Maybe I'm missin sumpin but at least that's some of his garbage that won't blow my way. Kid to the South of me raked everything up around the base of his two trees in the front yard. That's all headin my way too w/the wind. Mr nice guy is gonna hit this place once or twice this year and forget it. What I don't get will blow to the neighbors just North of me. Maybe a dawn to dusk curfew would work for this dude. I just don't get it. lolol
  21. HUGE news outta Ann Arbor! It really was a BYE week for blue! 😂😂😂 https://www.wsj.com/sports/football/jim-harbaugh-michigan-contract-sign-stealing-21d5e1b6?fbclid=IwAR3OGvIc0TwANubYvojXdgDR-mWW1RQy7X95bBs3INJiJdSmHaJf5mwCbas
  22. @Invidiosulus looks like a good time. Couple bands came into town last night and played. The largest place in Duckburg was doing a 300, 200 and 100 cash payout to the best dressed. They had a great band coming in too. They had the kitchen open all night so who knows what happened. Cops prolly had a feeding frenzy after though. City cops don't do much unless someone is obviously trashed so now it's left up to the Troopers who take no prisoners. They flip, follow and pull ya over for a sobriety test just for giggles. Being a District HQ's it's cake for them. Ya pass walkin the line then they load ya up and take ya out to their new 6 mil facility, hit ya w/the pee test send it off and see ya in court a couple weeks later for the hangin. Welcome to Ohio "The heart of it all." Crazy!
