  1. I am interested, Let me talk to my GF and get back to you. How much for the working rsw-15 if I come get it?
  2. I just noticed the 2200 is in the dicontinued products section. the 2900 msrp is $999 Does anybody know if there is going to be a replacment product for the 2200(cd/dvd-a/sacd fo around $500)?
  3. That's what I suspected No Heritage anywhere in Denver It would be nice if the dealer locator showed the nearest dealer that actually carried the product! m
  4. The Klipsch dealer loactor says that Soundtrak carries the Hertiage line of speakers. There website dosn't list any and they don't have any in there stores. Does anyone at klipsch know if this is true or not(the weren't listed as heritage dealers until rescently)? Are they now Heritage dealers and just haven't received any product yet, or is this a mistkae on Klipsch's part? Thanks in advance, m
  5. I recommend using the Firefox browser from Mozilla.org. It's small, fast, stable, secure, customizable, and fairly standards compliant. In short, everything Internet Exploder isn't. Even though It's still technically a "technology preview" I use it all the time and have no problems. m
  6. As much as I hate to recomend Pat Methany albums(they just don't come anywhere near the live experience), His "Speaking of Now" album has really grown on me. I guess If it had to be catagorized it should be as jazz. Although it's certanly not classic jazz. Anyhow, great album! m
  7. I just got done listening to the Wynton Marsails Quartet: The Magic Hour. This is a very good album by one of the best Trumpet players alive today! Contains guest vocal apperances by Diane Reevs(what an Amazing voice, and I am not usually that fond of jazz vocals), and Bobby McFerrin. Anyhow, Highly reccomended. M
  8. Leo Kottke: One Guitar No Vocals. The title is self explanitory. This is Leo playing the guitar by his self. I would classify the style as sort of folky with elements of classicl and blues. If you haven't heard Leo play the guitar check this CD out! He is probably one of the most talented guitarists alive today. Maynard
  9. Slightly OT. Joe cool's blues by Wynton and Ellis Marsalis inspired by the Peanuts cartoons always makes me smile. m
  10. I got 2RF 15s, 1 RC 25, 2 RS 25s, and a RW8 plus a Dennon 6.1 receiver for right around 1500. m
  11. Gil, I went ahead and bought it. It sounds good to me, although I don't pretend to know much about classical music. This is a multi layer SACD that has a 2 channel version playable in CD players. I also think there is a strsight 2 channel CD version available. M
  12. Anybody know of any Heritage dealers in the Denver area? I was unable to find any with the dealer locator. Thanks for you're help. m

The easiest way to get the stickers off, is to seperate the case at the hinges! m
  14. Thanks Leo, I went ahead and bought it. I don't pretend to know a lot about classical music, but it sounds good to me. Now all I need is a SACD player to enjoy the multi channel tracks! m
  15. I Posted this in the Music forum too but no responses so far. Goosechaser sugested I post here for Clasical Music advice. In my search for a verzion of Motarts Requeim, I ran across a version in SACD by the Netherlands Bach Society. Anyone out there familiar with this group?

  17. Hi all, I was wondering if anybody out there had an opinion as to what is the best recording (on CD) of Mozart's Requiem. I'm not looking for anything thats really hard to find, although if there is a somwhat rare recording I would be willing to invest a little time in finding it. Thanks in advance m
  18. Amy, The Cowboy Junkies and Slaughter? Talk about diverse musical taste.

  20. The cowboy jukies version has different words. That's why I called it a semi-Lou Reed cover.
  21. The Trinity Session is Great! If I remember correctly it was recorded using a single stereo mic in a church in Canada. I really enjoy the song 'Misguided Angel' m
  22. Sweet Jane, (a semi Lou Reed cover) is also on the live album 200 more miles by the Cowboy Junkies. It's a pretty good live recording. The singers name is Margo Timmins I believe.(possible misspelling). m
  23. Thanks all, I will be using for HT and music egually. I will probablly use 2 channel mode for music (for which the AVR 630 provides 90 Watts/channel). Is the rsw15 as acurrate for music as the 12? I don't want to gain power and a few hz at the loss of some quallity. m
