Natas
How do you guys have your speakers positioned? Currently I have mine toed in a liitle, but I have heard that they shouldn't be toed in. I was just wanting to see how other owners have theirs set up. Thanks in advance!!
jbsl
I have heard that they shouldn't be toed in. Always go with what sounds best to you. Best thing to do is experiment with the placement until you find the best sound to your ears. I have fortes and have them slightly toed in. Natas
I think they sound very good toed in. I guess I'm just curious what others are doing with their Forte's. I also have mine out from the wall about 2 ft., which seemed to make them sound better too. Thanks for your response!
Moderators dtel Posted January 13, 2009 Moderators Share Posted January 13, 2009 I have them toed in because they are in the corners in a wide room, I think the toe depends on the width of the room. And if all fails go back to what Jbsl said....." Always go with what sounds best to you. "
merkin
I have the two fronts toed in to aim at the couch where I set. The from center is straight at me and the two surrounds are toed in to aim at the center of the couch. They sound god to me.
wuzzzer
I have a very narrow room so mine don't sit too far from the side walls. Because of that I have them toed in quite a bit. They sound awesome to me that way.
Natas
Thanks for the info guys! I really like the way they sound as they set right now. Looks like I won't be changing a thing!
