Kain
Why is it that when they use songs during a movie the bass is stronger than when you listen to the same song on a CD? I noticed during Tropic Thunder when Tom Cruise plays and dances to a song the bass is very tight and loud. But when you listen to the same song on the CD version, the bass is not as loud. Is it because they use the LFE channel during movies to enhance the bass?
Kain
I should also note that the bass also seems deeper during when it is used in movies versus when you play the CD version.
