powering two speakers with one terminal.

I have a denon avr3300, heresy I and kg-4. I am tired of the lack of the low end of the heresy and I was wondering if it would be a good idea to power both of the speakers with one terminal. sadly my receiver doesn't have a/b front speaker switching.

No! I think placement of the Heresy's is a better solution or adding a subwoofer. Don't run both sets of speaker wires to the same speaker terminal.

Best thing to do is sell the KG4s and use the $$ for a sub.

How do you like the sound of the KG-4's? Nobody will arrest you if you like how they sound better than the Heresy's. []

You could try sealing your Heresies with weatherstripping (remove back covers, apply thin stips of weatherstripping, tighten all drivers and horns, then replace.). Any leakage will reduce bass..... Also, placement makes a big difference.......

This improved my bass alot; I have a sub but do not need it for 2 channel......

not really an option to sell the kg4 they hold some great sentimental value to me. I love the heresys but the kg4 has noticably better bass. I will try the weather stripping on the heresy then.
