I do not believe the 2 woofers are responsible for different frequencies.

You will note in the below specs there is only ONE X-over frequency.

Aren't the RF-7s a three way speaker? It is my understanding that the two 10" woofers are responsible for different wavelengths, thus making them a 3 way speaker. Please correct me if I am wrong.

You may be thinking of the Tapered Array (2.5 way) that's in the RC-7.
