They gave me the option of a new one or a reasonable cash credit for the ding. I took the money. Also blew a driver in one speaker about 8 months after purchase. They OVERNIGHTED me a new driver. Black A-Stock shipped by R and L carriers. No damage or blemishes. Michael (owner) was excellent with his customer service. Don't hesitate to buy from these folks.
