Gary , I`m happy as a green eyed monster to finally have them. driving them with a mcintosh ma 6500. I`m waiting to get back with dean so he can build the cross overs, like Willys and replace the tweets with Bob Crites ct- 125s. But I`m real happy with them, would love to have the k-horns but I don`t have the corners. Going to oil them again today. Come buy for a listen some time. Have a very musical -merry christmas

Congrats! It took me over 50 years to get my first Heritage speakers. Glad you're ahead of the curve.

Hear Khorns when I was 14 because my newspaper station was 3 blocks from the Klipsch Dealer. I built different speakers which culminated in 20 cubic foot boxes with Altec/EV Pro components. 511B horns with 808-8a drivers, T-35 tweeters, and 421 woofers. I had over $1,000 in raw components that was a LOT of money for a 20 year old kid making $3/hr. back then.

Sold the big home made Altecs, got married, and when I got back from honeymoon, I got my KC-BR Khorns at 23, followed by a center LaScala 6 months later using PWK's resistor box for 3-channel operation in my expando living room mobile home.

Glad I didn't wait as long as some of you did, as I enjoyed that setup for over 30 years before I could actually make improvements with Tapped Horn sub and hybrid components, which include Klipsch K402 with K1133 driver.

I think the biggest improvement to a Khorn or Belle would bet the K402 horn with K69 driver as a 2-way with active Xover and PEQ. If you can handle it.

Beautiful set-up. Took me 30 yrs to get my K-horns, was worth the wait! Enjoy those girls!

My goal is to get my K-horns within the next year. I heard K-horns in mid 1984 for the first time. I made it a goal then that one day I would own a pair. I have about 18 months to go before my 30 years expire. LOL.
