BigStewMan Posted August 11, 2014 Share Posted August 11, 2014 (edited) how about a device that, if you tried to use your phone while the car was moving, it would create such a loud noise it would render the driver totally deaf. when i was in the military, my idea for top secret documents was that they be printed with some sort of special ink that if you looked at the document without wearing special lens, it would burn your retina and you would be permanently blind. But there could be something to detect an accident to prevent this I would think if they wanted to make it work. After market installations on cars for young drivers would probably sell to parents at the least ? Neither will ever happen, you can not force people to be smarter.
