Moderators dtel Posted May 20, 2015 Moderators Share Posted May 20, 2015 (edited) They have come a long way, much more reliable and much better cameras. You know that drone must be easy to handle because I would imagine it was not calm wind and it really held steady, this is what all local law and fire departments need to check out areas before they send people in. Marvel
My wife has a nephew in the Philippines, who owns a couple drones. One he won one for a photo taken with his original drone, in a contest by the French edition of National Geographic magazine. He has some nice footage taken over parts of Palawan in the Phils and some he did in Singapore where he works. They can be really useful and fun under the right circumstances. Moderators Travis In Austin Posted May 20, 2015 Author Moderators Share Posted May 20, 2015 Useful indeed. I never knew they could carry a spotlight to assist rescue workers or a rescue rope.
