Do not have original box.Purchased used myself about a year ago. Has HDMI inputs and outputs. Being used in my bedroom set up as 7.1. When I get out bidded(which I usually do) and this is still available I will take it. It does have pre amp outputs and 12 volt dc trigger outputs?
