hawkster
Greetings, friends. I'm considering a 5.1.4 Atmos setup. My current speakers are mains: fully Crited Forte IIs, center: KLF-C7 with titanium tweeter dome, backs: KSFS5s, sub: RW12. The room is small, about 18' x 17' with standard flat 8' ceiling. I have a full attic, so four ceiling speakers are the way to go, I think. But, which ones will best match my others? Thanks for the help. Superdave
Check out a brand called Proficient... Or Klipsch. G.E.M I have (4) Proficient 8 inch ceiling speakers for Atmos duty and they work well, see signature for model.
toomnymods
I'm using the Klipsch CDT-5800 II their kinda pricey but work very well
Paducah Home Theater
Another option is the Klipsch pro models with the soft domes tweets. They're not as "in your face" as the coax models, which can sometimes be a bit aggressive with atmos. efzauner
why not a pair of surrounds? Tweet-mid-Tweet aimed downward? Thats my plan.
yolayoe
I'm using two 5800-C-II and they are very good dispersing the sound down. Edited June 8, 2016 by yolayoe
