WMcD
Welcome to this happy place. Please tell us more. E.g. are these new to you? Did the unit ever work properly? What was the last thing that you (or anyone) did to the system before the problem developed? Have you checked the screw-down terminals on the crossover? Is the amp, and pre-amp working properly? Are the units well set in a corner? Are you using anything (like weather stripping or pipe wrap) to seal them to the wall? I certainly don't mean to be harsh. From time to time good people come to the forum and write, "My speaker doesn't work, what's wrong?" Really! We need more info. Smile. LarryC
Do you mean you get NO sound from one or both of the bass horns, i.e., no sound coming around the corners from the back near the bottom of one or both speakers? Just one or both? Or do you mean that the bass seems weaker than it should be? Again, on just one side or both?

LarryC
It sounds like maybe a loose or broken connection between the Xover and the woofer. One possibility. Edited July 17, 2016 by LarryC
