Before Steve Phillips retired, when you called Klipsch Customer Service, you'd get good advice and a friendly voice. It appears that now they have some half-informed types answering the phones. As for AV receivers, the majority of them put out 100 Wpc with 2 channels driven, even the lower-end models. The model variations are in the number of features.
