JL Sargent
I've only owned NAD amps and pres. out of those three brands. Happy with those. Still have a NAD tuner, amp, and a NAD preamp. All have been working properly for a long time.
willland
Of the three brands mentioned, music sound quality, NAD all the way. Feature set and reliability, Marantz and Denon, though I have never had reliability issues with any of my NAD gear. The larger brands(Onkyo, Denon, Marantz, Yamaha, etc.) will offer more up to date features and configurations and usually better price points than the more niche brands. fuzzydog
If you're concerned about sound quality, I dont know if a $300 Denon receiver is going to be terribly satisfying.
