Bill I did not know that the 64 had a 1.25" and the 64ii had a 1.75". Learn something new everyday.

Marvel
Very good! It's good you had a long time to compare. You can feel more comfortable with your decision.
Pats3of4
I have had the Overture 3’s. I liked the Overture 1’s a lot. I just got a pair of RF-7’s. I have to say, the 7’s have the upper hand by a wide margin. The tweeters used in the Overture series were on the cheaper side. Very easy to fry when Circuit City would sell them with the $100 Sony receivers
YuppSi
Yes Pats.. the tweeters are the week part. I replaced 2 of them. It's just that I enjoyed listening to the Overtures more. Especially when the volume goes up the Overtures are no match for the RF7 😉 Also I might be moving this year and had to get rid of some stuff ... I have a lot of stuff. Sold the set with a 50% profit. My Yamaha Natural Sound set is also for sale .... and a new (closed box) set of Klipsch iFi (no worries.. I have 2 other sets of Klipsch iFi 😉 ) https://www.marktplaats.nl/a/audio-tv-en-foto/stereo-sets/m1681714151-yamaha-topklasse-versterker-cd-speler-tuner-top-conditie.html https://www.marktplaats.nl/a/audio-tv-en-foto/luidsprekers/m1681937096-klipsch-ifi-ipod-speakers-met-200-watt-subwoofer-nieuw.html
