Earlier models used thin paper tags with small staples and they fell off quite easy if handled at all. What info do you need?

If you look at the edges of the back of the speakers, you may see some letters and numbers stamped into the wood.

Cornwall IIs had paper tags.  I don't believe they had serial numbers anyplace else on the speakers.  If they were not glued in place many times they are long gone after almost 30 yrs.

Of course it depends on which model Cornwall II he's talking about since there were two versions of the II, the first version may have the stamped serial number?
