DizRotus
I recall Michael Colter, aka @colterphoto1, posting, some years ago, about spray painting woofer cones. I'm looking for suggestions to improve the cosmetics of the K-1003-K 8" woofers recently received in old KP-101 cabinets. Any information based on personal experience, whether good or bad, is appreciated.
Marvel
He used a SEM spraypaint, I believe for vinyl tops. A very light coat. They looked really good as I recall. Bruce

That's exactly they type of info I'm looking for. BTW, this topic reminds me of an old joke, which I'll paraphrase. Do you have any nude photos of your woofers? Would you like some? djk
I have found that this works the best: https://target.scene7.com/is/image/Target/13994825?wid=520&hei=520&fmt=pjpeg

I already have some of that. I'll try it on the 8" woofers. What have I got to lose. Thanks djk.
DizRotus
It worked very well. I'll post an after photo tomorrow. Thanks again @djk.
DizRotus
At the suggestion of Dennis, aka @djk, I used the Kiwi product he recommended. I think it turned out fine, although, for an instant, I wondered if he was being sarcastic. IMO, there is less mass being added and no skin to dry and crack like there might be with spray paint.
