Mallette Posted August 18, 2018 Share Posted August 18, 2018 @jimjimboArrived today in excellent condition. About half the length of what I experienced in Thailand, but ALL the heat and flavor! I'd guess at least 180000 Scovill Heat Units, which is about three times that of a jalapeno, maybe more. However, the flavor was there which is the part that can't be duplicated. Scotch bonnets and such are hotter, but they are about hot, not flavor, at least to me. Looking forward to making up some Prik Nam Pla and enjoying.
