MsRobin
Hello friends. I received a pair of Klipsch tall floor speakers and a reciever (older model) from my brother n law when he passed away last month. I would like to know how to huckup these speakers. I done pretty of stereos in my says but these are different. Also, I was wondering if they were the real deal. I know he bought nothing but the best. Thanks,
wuzzzer
Post pictures of the front and back, especially the speaker wire connectors. Very sorry for your loss.
JohnA
Hook-up will be easy enough, but there aren't likely any connections that just plug in. Polarity is important, red to red and black to black on each speaker. Please post pics, it will help and we love to see sexy speakers! I'm terribly sorry for your loss. As others have suggested, please take pictures of: The back label so we can identify what you have. Both speakers if you can, but one would be helpful. The back terminals where the speaker wires connect The ends of the speaker wires, one pair would be fine. We need to know if they are bare wire or if they have a connector called a "banana plug." Other: If you can, take pics of the front, sides and top. We are looking to see what condition they are in. This Klipsch site does not allow very large pictures. If you can't drag and drop the pics from your Windows File Explorer then download and use this handy photo re-sizer to make the photos about 200 kb, then drag and drop. It is easy to use and does not contain any ad-ware. http://www.faststone.org/FSResizerDetail.htm
