Dave1290
Buying show tickets from TICKETMASTER? Better take a minute and peruse this before you do! Keep you eyes on your fries peeps! https://metalinjection.net/its-just-business/ticketmaster-changes-policy-no-longer-offering-refunds-on-postponed-shows?fbclid=IwAR01LwAYHpc7cAy92cK10UM_tGmQrEi118Ur-gsMrxqq0oifsHyR0wXaD3M
Thaddeus Smith
I had an event scheduled for 4/24 that cancelled. Received my TM refund last week, which was just a couple of weeks after the cancellation notice.

blindman
Last February, I purchased tickets for the upcoming Rolling Stones - No Filter 2020 concert. The only communication that I have received from Ticketmaster so far: This Event has been postponed The rescheduled date will be announced soon. Please hold onto your tickets as they will be valid for the new date. No mention of a refund policy or process . . .
KlipschFish
I had my Joe B tickets refunded after the show cancelled. I have had 3 shows, which I bought tix for many months ago, rescheduled to later dates. 3 more shows are in limbo as to rescheduling. All through TM. Seattle Opera was kind enought to reimburse the last La boheme perfomances. We didn't see "Charlie Parker's Yardbird" either due to the beginnings of the outbreak, before distancing was implemented. Our group of 3 are all high risk. Those, however, were not through TM. Still glad to see some reimbursement. Strange to see my credit card balance close to -$1000.00. More stimulus money I guess.
