MC39693
I have 2 sets of Heresy (1980 and 1984 turned Super Heresy). Built my own stands to raise them up AND bottom exactly the size to place dual Velodyne DD10 subs for the bottom end. If your sub is sealed, front firing and a good make, the Heresy's will be excellent. Enjoy!

The sub plus powered Klipsch R-51PM's sounds very nice and is actually what sent me on this quest. Cool...there are some slanted at five degrees in the front up. Think that is the stock wooden risers. Been seeing some premade of steel short to taller wooden custom made, just for Heresy.
MeloManiac
No raisers for my 1972 Hs. No subs either. With my h/k 430 twin powered amp, more than enough low frequencies for my ears. I'm a purist, I put them in corners, flat, not slanted. Like they were intended to.
