ummagumma-89
Upon cracking open the Tangent-500's, there is NO foam speaker surrounds. Should I consider purchasing some? I work with automotive glass and have access to Butyl. If anyone is familiar with it, it comes on a role and used to be used to hold windsheilds in place. Was wondering if anyone has tried that Or where and what type material should I be looking at for foam surrounds for the woofer and tweets? Want to get new ones for my H2's too as they are deteriorating. THANKS!

wuzzzer
I used Parts Express 3/8" wide speaker gasket foam to seal the cabinet backs and each driver of my Heresys.
