you mean American-Filipino nurses

Not what I mean. My wife has a niece who is 100% Filipino (both parents Filipino). She works as an OR nurse Virginia Beach. (She is also a US citizen and Icelandic citizen [mom moved to Iceland with both her daughters to work as a caregiver])

There are nursing scools in the Philippines where upon graduating and passing board exams, can immediately work at hospitals in New York and Chicago. US citizenship not required to be a nurse.
