The Dude
I currently have one of these drivers up for sale and until now, never worried about the Ohm reading until it was pointed out to be low. According to B&C, this is a 16 ohm driver, but from the spec sheet, the minimum impedance shouldn't be below 11.3 ohms. However, mine measures 8.5 ohms. Does this mean there is something wrong with it? Thanks

Thanks If you look at the impedance chart in the datasheet it clearly shows it goes down to 8.5-- what that means exactly I'm not sure: https://www.bcspeakers.com/en/products/hf-driver/2-0/16/de750tn-16

Impedance of a loudspeaker driver is a frequency dependent resistance + reactance to AC current flow. Your driver resistance reading is correct for the 16 ohm “ nominal” rated driver. miketn 1
