wuzzzer Posted September 30, 2023 Share Posted September 30, 2023 They’re not subs, they’re woofers. You can’t just put a different woofer in a cabinet and get an improvement in sound. Ole Dollar Posted September 30, 2023 Share Posted September 30, 2023 I agree with wuzzzer, changing out a driver/woofer that PWK spec'ed for the Heresy is very problematic. If bass is the problem use a subwoofer. I'm using a Klipsch 15" sub I bought in the 90's and it works well. Also keep an eye out for new Klipsch subs as they are continually developed - thanks.
