Don A Posted February 22 Share Posted February 22 One of my Chorus IIs are disappearing at 10 kHz according to measurements. I just recently had them recapped, I'm trying to figure out if this could be simply a loose wire or if the tweeter itself is bad. jcn3 Posted February 22 Share Posted February 22 looks like the tweeter is not working -- i doubt the tweeter went bad. my guess is either the tweeter was not reconnected or there is a cold solder joint from the recap. as @wuzzzer said, you'll have to take things apart and dig in. start by removing the passive radiator in the back and taking a look at the crossover.
