dodger Posted July 21, 2003 Share Posted July 21, 2003 Greetings: The experience with the lack of further service from Yahoo and the fact that you hook through MSN webTV, proves you can get hacked into and your email can be infected by viruses, worms, etc. It is a I*&^)&*^_ shame that the Internet has been taken over by 50 junk mails a day (NEVER HIT UNSCRUBSCRIBE). We have filters but they change addresses so often it's ridiculous. As for the First Amendment, I believe in it, but it stops at my paid Internet Access and my paid email. It boils down to theft of service and theft of space. And for those that say let them SPAM you, think of the possibility that a person could not receive a much wanted/needed or emergency message (If they have dial up and the phone is being used) and it could not get through because all of their email space was taken up by I*)(&)(^*&& mail. Example of their right: as an asthmatic I average 25 -30 emails a week on how to stop smoking (never did), or how to make my lips ore full and colorful. What a load.
