zoran13
With all of these having the antiquated screw-type speaker connections, I am just wondering what type of speaker wiring those of you with these HK's are using? I have some Audioquest Type-4 but am just curious if there's a comparable wire that would allow easier on/off connectivity. Also, I have the "twin powered" 630 (from 1975?). Anyone know where I might still be able to download a user's manual? Thanks

joshnich
I tried the link that dean posted but it didnt take me anywhere, so forgive me if this is redundant. Try the Spealunkers from Bizzy Bee Audio. They are pretty foolproof. Also DYI cables sells some very high quality spades that fit perfectly in vintage speaker strips. Josh

Colin
The hk site has downloadable manuals, I use Monster cable with banana plugs or Coincident CST 1 rattlesnake cables with heavy spades (and both sets of loudspeakers)

ben.
Hmmm, my 430 has spring clips. Wish it didn't. I suppose it doesn't matter much since it's in the closet...
