charlieboy
I mean horizontal. Just thought I'd ask if anyone has one for sale or knows of one. Thank you.
wrench_peddler
I think you meant horizontal. I think they are described by the way the speakers have to lay sideways for the horns to be horizontal.
Johnny O
An ad was posted in the LA Times Classifieds. It read "Klipsch Speakers and Corner horns" so I called it looking for an Academy... This guy is moving and wants to sell his stuff. Didn't have what I needed but maybe some one needs what he has. His name is Jim and his number is (949)322-7332 Sincerely, Johnny O
Curious_Joe
hello, i have a pair i am seriously considering selling. i bought them locally from a man whos dad a dr, passed away. they are unfinished and were in the wall behind a screen. he ran them with a dynaco 70 and owned them since new. i haven't listened to them in 2 years and i rocked them occasionaly with my solid state amp and bottlehead foreplay. liked the sound very much. i purchased them to use with a set amp. i have yet to build the set's though i have the kits. i have moved to a place that is too small for the cornwalls. it wil be with reluctance that i part with these. my listening room is 10.5 x 15 and that's my living room and home office, sigh. they're in storage now. if you'd like to contact me i'll keep you informed of their status. It's designated by the orientation of the horns when the speaker is in it's NORMAL orientation, not lying on its side. So, if the Cornwall is standing upright and the horns are oriented horizontally, it's a Cornwall. If the Cornwall is standing upright and the horns are oriented vertically, it's a vertical Cornwall. Doc Robin
There is a lot more traffic here during the week than on the weekend. Give it a few days and see what happens. Bill
