mpetrich
Hey all, I'm cutting it very close on my wall with the TV/Audio/Speakers. In order to get an audio rack on the wall it looks like I'd have to remove the feet on my RF-5's to give me a few more inches. My question is whether I need to be concerned with any accoustical or stability issues with removing the feet(carpeted room). Anyone done this? Thoughts? nicholtl
You're going to be defeating their vibration dampening purposes (if you used the spikes to begin with), but other than that, unscrew away.
Frzninvt
Make sure that you leave room in the rear for the ports to work properly as well.
dkp
I removed the feet from my RF-7s due to space constraints-no problems with stability, but mine really couldn't tip over anyway. If you have little ones running around, you may want to make sure you don't have any safety issues when removing the feet... David
fini
If you remove the feet, how can they be toed-in?
