jwc
Does anyone know where ot buy a woofer cover like the one used on the B&W Nautilus 801? I like the look of this. If say I were to have a cabinet like Bob Crites test Cabinet, I would want a lot of wood to show for beauty. I wouldn't want a mesh cover to cover the entire front of the speaker like say the cornwall. Thanks jc
3dzapper
Something like THIS. covered with a black open weave gauzy fabric to hide the metal? Rick
Daddy Dee
JC, You've got a good eye there. That's a nice visual complement for BEC's design.
Marvel
I think I threw out a drawing while making more room on the hard drive, but someone posted a pic of a cabinet they made where they used a large embroidery hoop with black grill cloth on it. I don't remember how they attached the hoop though. It looked very nice. Marvel
jwc
3zap, Yes i guess a regular grill cover would work and just glue on the mesh to the back rim of the grill. Looks like the link product has a screw-in portion then a portion that snaps on. I wonder if the mesh would keep it from snapping on. jc
